How to reach the editorial team
US Telehealth Review is operated by Ranika Editorial Group LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. We answer every email within five business days.
What we can and cannot help with
We can help with:
- Reporting a factual error on a review or comparison page.
- Submitting a verified reader complaint about a provider's pricing, billing, prescribing, or shipping practices.
- Requesting coverage of a provider, peptide, or program not currently on the site.
- Press, podcast, and conference appearance requests for our editorial team.
- Privacy requests, GDPR/CCPA inquiries, and data deletion requests.
We cannot help with:
- Clinical advice. We do not have a doctor-patient relationship with our readers. For medical advice, contact a licensed clinician.
- Billing or prescription disputes with a provider. Contact the provider directly first; we can document the dispute for our review file after you have tried.
- Refund processing for any provider. We are not party to any transaction between a reader and a provider.

Submitting a tip or story idea
We welcome tips on pricing changes, provider personnel changes, FDA actions, state board actions, compounding pharmacy 483 observations, and reader-experience patterns. Tips can be submitted anonymously through tips@ustelehealthreview.com. We do not publish unverified tips; verified tips that lead to a published correction or new coverage page are acknowledged anonymously in the corrections log unless the reader requests otherwise.
